Television actor Vivan Bhatena would be seen playing a grey disposition in Aamir Khan’s DANGAL. Vivan, 37, was last seen in Salman Khan’s home production film HERO as a baddie.“I am doing DANGAL with Aamir Khan. Its role is kind of negative in character, but I can’t disclose much. I have finished one scene with him (Aamir) and have couple of more scenes to finish. I am playing a wrestler (for which) I have to put on weight. I have to gain ten kilos with muscles,” Vivan told the press.“He (Aamir) is going to lose weight, he would come in shape. He is doing lot of things. We have a month of akhada (wrestling arena) training with actual wrestlers. We have to get our Haryanvi diction right. I would go back to shoot for the film in June,” he said.
Vivan, who has been part of shows like “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” and “Kumkum”, is contented with the rejoinder he is receiving for his work. “I got a lot of acclaim for ‘Hero’. It was satisfying. Aamir praised my work in ‘Katti Batti,’ which was irresistible. I hope I keep getting good work. I am trying to pitch myself as a negative hero. I want that space,” he said. The “Chak De! India” actor reveals he was going to be part of director Vikramaditya Motwane’s next film “Bhavesh Joshi” but the movie got shelved. “I was going to do Vikramaditya Motwane’s ‘Bhavesh Joshi’ that is shelved for the time being.” Vivan, who is also one of the participants on season 7 of game/dare based reality show “Khatron Ke Khiladi” said he is very keyed up about it and will give his best shot.
